Pre-4th Fireworks

Magic Island was cordoned off due to prep for the 4th of July fireworks. Water had "sparklers", with anticipated swell not really showing. Fairly consistent waist-chest, with an occasional set of overhead waves. Typical crowd of regulars and wannabes (category I fall into) and wahine. Although crowded, the crew was pretty laid back. Still, had plenty of drop-ins.

I shot again, relaxing in the low tide reef.
