Hot Feet -- 5/8/99
Because of Motherís Day, I rescheduled my surf to Saturday afternoon. Tiny surf island-wide sent us to the "always-got-something" Diamond Head.
Sizzling pavement burnt my feet on the walk down the to the beach. The water was warm, but afternoon winds chopped up conditions. Surf was about chest high, with some bigger, most smaller peaks.
Buddy was shralping as usual, working it far in the low tide conditions. Me, I was trying hard with my tank, making some sketchy late takeoffs.
It was a fun, but rather uneventful sesh.
Aloha from Paradise,
