Taryn and friend

Went camping with the family at Bellows. Taryn and her friend lolled around in the small windswell waves, utterly enjoying themselves.

I tried to look at the waves from their perspective, and it must've been really intimidating, with waist-high (for them) shorepound, a slight sideshore current and even some little riptides.

Still, they really got into it, wanting to even kick themselves into a few. Of course, there were tumbles, with sand and water getting in the eyes and noses, but that's part of the deal. They gotta get used to it.

I think they already want to go out bodyboarding again with "Uncle Neal." I'm stoked!
