PB, Glenda, Turby and sponge

Words: After the brewskies the night before, I decided to pass on the pre-class surf. Good call actually, because I drove by and the surf was pretty uninspiring.

I promised my fellow classmate/coworker that we'd go shopping in the afternoon, so us island boys went to Fry's--like a candy store for us since no more in Hawaii.

In the evening, I met up with Tom Keener and Bill Andrews from the alt.surfing newsgroup. It was a pleasant surprise to find that Glenda was also in town from San Fran, so we all had dinner at Su Casa. Talked story, talked stink about the rest of the alt.surfing crew, and had a thoroughly good time.
