Words: Got out early, but could only manage a few rides on the smaller set waves. As the crowd bloomed and got more aggro, I decided to cut my losses and shoot instead. Some of the Pipeline Posse was regulating big time, yelling at everyone. It was kind of a zoo out there admittedly. Got some great shots from the water before calling it a day.
